The palm oil is responsibly sourced from sustainable farms which work to protect the eco system. We do not use genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fat.

This product is Coeliac UK, Vegetarian Society, Soil Association, Fairtrade and Kosher certified.

GLUTEN free flour blend* (brown rice*, potato*, maize*), sugar*27%, palm oil*, ginger paste (stem ginger* 39%, sugar syrup*), ground ginger* 1%, raising agent sodium bicarbonate.
