Fushi Argan oil is 100% pure Moroccan Argan oil, cold pressed from the Argan nut that grows in the south western Morocco, where all-women cooperatives specialise in high quality Argan oil extraction. Picked by hand, the fresh raw kernels are cold pressed to produce light golden coloured oil.

We import directly from a women’s co- operative Morocco and the oils is bottled by ourselves in the UK. Our virgin organic Argan oil is prepared from unroasted kernels and is golden-coloured with not much taste. Fushi Argan oil has a slight sweet nutty aroma which implies a good quality Argan oil as opposed to the pungent smell often found present in lower grade Argan oils. Furthermore, it is cold pressed and unrefined. We buy argan oil at large amounts due to a large turnover, that we are able to provide a competitive price for very superior quality oil.

Women’s’ cooperatives are aimed at sustainably supporting the Argan forest and represent the cornerstone of a vast program involving the reforestation of fragile and particularly degraded lowlands and also provide education of rural women. It is important to source this oil fairly and sustainably which is why we source from only one reputed grower.
