Old Hamlet's Mulled Wine Bundles are a blend of spices tied into individual hand-tied muslin pouchettes, each enough to flavour one bottle of red wine.

These mulled wines are packed in 4 hand-tied muslin spice bundles in a red printed cube. That's enough for at least 4 bottles of mulled wine.

Old Hamlet's authentic mulled wine spice mix is a classic that was created in the mid-1990s and is unchanged. Its a traditional hot drink normally served around Christmas.

How to make mulled wine: Pour one bottle of red wine into a saucepan. Add two tablespoons of sugar and one spice bundle and heat gently, stirring occasionally. When nearly boiling, remove from the heat and allow to stand for ten minutes. Reheat, add a dash if brandy of you want, and serve hot. Do not let the Mulled Wine mixture boil. For special occasions, add some slices of fresh lemon or orange, or perhaps even a bay leaf.
