Two varieties of whole organic redcurrants have been gently stirred by hand in traditional copper pans to create a deeply rich redcurrant sauce bursting with fruit and flavour. Roots & Wings add organic Fonseca port which has been matured in wood for at least five years and has a great depth of flavour.
