Quinces are part of the apple family. To produce this traditional jelly we crush the fruit, bring to the boil and simmer for 3.5 hours. This releases all the flavour and gives the jelly it’s wonderful pink colour. It is then pumped into our fruit press to release maximum flavour. Ideal for use as a condiment.
