About
Coconut Palm Sugar is a staple Thai ingredient. Thai Taste's is produced in Thailand whereby the coconut palm sap is boiled to create caramelised crystals. It is widely used to balance flavours in savoury dishes such as Pad Thai, but is also an ideal alternate sweetener for drinks, desserts and baked goods.
