Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented, this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial live bacteria, supporting gut health and overall well-being.

Storage:
Once opened, refrigerate & consume within 14 days. Taste and Texture may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the nature of the wild fermentation.
