Clearspring's Organic Hom Mali Brown Rice is an aromatic long grain jasmine rice organically grown in Thailand. The delicate aroma and firm texture of this wholegrain rice make it a hearty and fragrant addition to any meal. Serve with curries, stir-fry with vegetables, or serve in broth as a delicious Khao Tom Soup.

How to Use:
(for 2 servings)
1. Wash ¾ cup (150g) of rice and drain.
2. Transfer to a pan with 1½ cups (375ml) of water and soak for 60 minutes.
3. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes before serving
