Good Grain Bakery's olive and herb sourdough takes the same naturally fermented base and folds through Mediterranean herbs and olives, giving each slice a savoury, aromatic edge.

Made with organic quinoa and brown rice flour, this loaf is gentle on digestion and free from the additives usually used to fake a gluten free texture. No HPMC, no gums, no crumb softeners, no palm oil.

Made naturally with no fillers, additives, or preservatives, so it's more grain based with a real wholegrain sourdough chew rather than light and fluffy. Freezes well for up to 6 weeks.
