Start your morning with a bowl of Swiss Style Muesli and imagine yourself in the alpine mountains. Freee's gluten free Swiss Style Muesli is made from a mix of naturally gluten free British rolled oats, crispy buckwheat flakes, juicy sultanas and tiger nuts. Deliciously crunchy, this muesli is also nut free, dairy free, high in fibre and contains no added sugar.
Best served with ice-cold milk, try adding a sprinkling of fresh juicy berries for a burst of extra sweetness.
Tiger nuts are not related to tree nuts or peanuts, they are in fact root vegetables with a sweet nutty flavour and are safe to consume for those with nut allergies.
