Cosmic Dealer's Jasmine Matcha starts with organic ceremonial-grade matcha from Shizuoka Japan, blended with tea that is naturally scented with real jasmine flowers using a traditional layering method. Fresh and dried jasmine flowers are layered over the tea several times, gently infusing it with their delicate floral aroma.
Unlike many flavoured matchas, Cosmic Dealer doesn't use artificial or "natural" flavourings. The elegant jasmine notes come entirely from the flowers themselves, allowing the smooth umami of the matcha to remain at the heart of every cup.
How to make: whisk 2g with hot water, then enjoy with your favourite milk, hot or iced. Plant-based milks like oat or coconut pair especially well with this blend. It can also be enjoyed as a pure tea, simply topped with hot water.
