This pouch holds 90 vegan capsules of Alpha01 Organic Coconut Charcoal, activated charcoal made from organic coconut shells in a hypromellose shell. Each serving of three capsules provides 1,000mg, and there are 30 servings, with no NRV set for activated charcoal. The front carries the EU organic leaf, with the code SK-BIO-003 and the words non-EU agriculture.

Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 g which should be taken at least 30 minutes before and 1 g shortly after the meal, which three capsules before and three after provide.
