Itsu Chilled Frozen Miso Ramen Brilliant Broth 500ml

Miso paste is simmered together with spices, mirin and soy sauce to create a warming, Asian-inspired broth.

How to use:

• shake well, add to saucepan & heat to a simmer
• add ingredients directly to the saucepan
• Or
• heat separately & pour over a bowl of cooked ingredients

The brilliant'broth you've never heard of...:
On October 24, 2017 a carton of shop bought ramen broth from California appeared at one of itsu's kitchen meetings. It tasted grim but the concept had potential a light went on. itsu got all broth'd up, determined to create & pasteurise good ramen broth so customers might enjoy restaurant quality noodles at home. itsu decided to create three flavours: classic ramen, chicken ramen & miso mushroom. itsu had a carton design but no name; someone had said it tasted brilliant earlier in the day that was it!

water, red miso paste (4%) (water, SOYA beans, rice, salt, alcohol), sunflower oil, natural flavourings, mirin rice wine (fermented rice, water, alcohol, glucose syrup), SOY sauce (water, SOYA beans, WHEAT, salt), yeast extract, salt, maltodextrin, tamarind paste, mushroom concentrate, sugar, lime leaves, chilli powder.
