crisp or crunch?:
Crispy chilli oil is all about balance between heat, umami, crisp, and crunch.
The 'crisp' in itsu's chilli oil comes from the chilli flakes whereas the crunch is delivered by the sweet toasted garlic. It took about 30 recipes to find the right balance, but itsu think they cracked it.
Try it with anything. If you can find something it doesnt go with, please let itsu know!

How to enjoy:
Stir, scoop & drizzle over.... everything
Stir well before use.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.
