Passata is a simple but powerful product! How do we make it? Well, we crush a load of tomatoes and then push them through a sieve to remove the peel and seeds, creating a smooth and seedless tomato puree. Unlike many of our competitors we add nothing else to our passata. We like to let the naked goodness of our products shine through and so we add nothing, not even salt, we'll leave that up to you!
