Every 1 kg of Mutti Passata begins with around 2 kg of fresh Round Tomatoes. Grown by certified farmers and harvested in summer at peak ripeness, they are carefully sieved after the skins and seeds have been removed, creating the smooth, luxurious texture and naturally sweet flavour that define Mutti Passata.
