The Cultured Food Company's Italian Herb Sauerkraut is a limited edition favourite, delicately fermented with basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic for a fragrant and savoury twist. Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, this kraut brings a vibrant depth to your meals — perfect with pasta dishes, salads, or as a flavourful side to grilled foods.

Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented, this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial live bacteria, supporting gut health and digestive wellness.

Storage:
Once opened, refrigerate & consume within 14 days. Taste and Texture may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the nature of the wild fermentation.
