What is Liposomal NAD+?:
NAD+ is a molecule found naturally in every cell in your body. It plays an important role in the processes your cells use to release energy from food, as well as a range of other cellular functions.
Liposomal NAD+ is NAD+ wrapped in a protective layer of lipids (the same kind of fatty molecules your cells are built from), forming tiny spheres called liposomes.
NAD+ is a relatively large, water-soluble molecule, which makes delivering it effectively in a standard oral supplement challenging. The liposome is designed to protect the NAD+ on its journey through the digestive system and provide a more effective way to deliver it.
NAD+ has attracted particular interest because the amount found in our tissues can decline as we get older. Rather than supplying a precursor that your body then has to convert into NAD+, Zooki's formula provides NAD+ itself, delivered using their liposomal technology.
In short: a molecule your cells already contain, delivered directly in a liposomal form.

Why take Liposomal NAD+?:
NAD+ is a molecule your body produces on its own and uses throughout its cells. If you choose to supplement it, the form you take matters, particularly because NAD+ can be challenging to deliver effectively in a conventional oral supplement.

Made to be absorbed:
Zooki's liposomal delivery system encapsulates NAD+ within a protective lipid layer, designed to help protect it through digestion and support its delivery into the body.

NAD+ itself, not a precursor:
Many NAD+ supplements contain precursors such as NR or NMN, which the body must first convert into NAD+. Zooki's provides NAD+ directly, encapsulated within their liposomal delivery system.

A clean, simple capsule:
A full 300mg of liposomal NAD+ in one small daily capsule, with a short ingredient list and a simple once-a-day routine.

NAD+ vs. NADH:
NAD exists in the body in two closely related forms, and they're easy to confuse.
NAD+ is the oxidised form and acts as an important coenzyme in numerous reactions taking place inside your cells.
NADH is the reduced form, created when NAD+ accepts electrons during cellular reactions.
Your body naturally cycles between the two, converting NAD+ into NADH and back again as part of the processes involved in cellular energy metabolism.
When a supplement talks about "NAD", it isn't always immediately clear which form you're getting. Zooki's contains NAD+, the oxidised form found naturally throughout the body's cells.
