An ancient grain prized for its nutty flavour and satisfying bite, Merchant Gourmet's Wholegrain Spelt is grown in Le Puy-en-Velay, and simply cooked with olive oil. Ready to eat, it's perfect served in place of rice or pasta, tossed through salads or added to nourishing grain bowls.

Preparation instructions:
Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Microwave:
Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90 seconds at 1000W or 2 minutes at 700W.

Hob:
Empty contents into a pan and heat through with a dash of water.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within 3 days.
