The Cultured Food Company's vibrant Mexican Sauerkraut is a bold, flavour-led creation made with fresh organic white cabbage, green jalapeño, garlic, coriander, smoked paprika, chipotle and a touch of lime zest. It delivers a lively balance of bright acidity, gentle heat and smoky depth, with a fresh citrus lift at the finish. Perfect alongside tacos, grain bowls, salads, or as a punchy side to everyday meals.

Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented, this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial live bacteria, supporting gut health and overall well-being.

Storage:
Once opened, refrigerate & consume within 14 days. Taste and Texture may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the nature of the wild fermentation.
