Our King Soba Organic Brown Rice & Wakame Noodles blend Wakame and brown rice noodles in a pairing that makes for a healthy and delicious kitchen staple. King Soba Noodles are kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs.
The most tender sea vegetable of them all, the Wakame sea vegetable is high in minerals such as iron and calcium. As well as this, Wakame is also rich in dietary fiber and potassium, which is thought to cleanse and detoxify the body of harmful toxins.
Noodles are a highly versatile staple food, try using instead of pasta as a healthy, gluten-free alternative, or toss with fried shrimp and submerge in a hot miso broth!
