Cooking instructions:
All ovens vary - cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly. Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Oven cook (From Frozen): Pre-heat the oven to 350°F/180°C, gas mark 4. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 5-7 minutes.
Shallow Fry (From Frozen): Pre-heat a little oil in a pan, over low heat. Place 4 vegan nuggets in the pan and fry for 4 minutes over low heat, turning occasionally.
