How to Use:

Clearspring's Vermicelli is made in Thailand by a family producer using only the finest quality organic brown rice, instead of the more commonly used white rice, which gives their noodles a firmer texture and delicate nutty flavour. The rice is finely milled, sieved, steamed and aged before being cut into thin noodle strands. Clearspring Organic Vermicelli is cut shorter than those most commonly available, making it easier to prepare and enjoy.
